Denver and Los Angeles [15 April 2020]—Teliax, a global leader in innovative voice connectivity and communications platforms, today announced a second signed service agreement with PLDT Inc., the Philippines’ largest and only integrated telecommunications company, through its Glendale-Headquartered US Unit, PLDT US.

Continuing the partnership that began in 2018 with wholesale voice services, this agreement enables PLDT US to offer a leading CCaaS solution within the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. PLDT customers will benefit from an ‘all-in-one’ cloud-based platform that is designed to optimize customer interactions from any communications channel, empowering customer service to increase productivity and reduce overall costs.
